Background:

Georgia was an Independent Republic Country up to 1921, when the Russians invaded this country and forced it to become a part of USSR. After the collapse of USSR in 1990, Georgia regained its Independence in 1991 and declared to the world as Independent Republic of Georgia. Still the Georgians hate Russia, as most of them believe that Russia was illegally occupied their country and that was the reason for their economic backwardness, even with rich agricultural and oil resources.

All the USSR countries declared as independent countries during early 1990s, and now they are all formed a group called Commonwealth of Independent States [CIS]. All the CIS countries were still following the Russian Government’s guidelines and will never go out of Russian Interest. Most of the CIS countries are rich in oil resources.
